I Believe in Christ
My testimony is very dear to me. I gained my testimony through many moments through the years. It is hard to write down everything that I know and feel about my savior Jesus Christ and all that he has done for me. I know that he loves me and will never leave me comfortless. John 14:18 "I will not leave you comfortless; I will come to you" and John 14:27 "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." Christ always has been, and always will be, there to comfort me; I am never alone. I know that Christ atoned for all of my sins and suffered and died that I may have the chance to repent and become like God. I know that Joseph Smith was a true prophet and restored the true gospel on the earth. He translated the Book of Mormon through the power of God. The Book of Mormon is a true book and it blesses my life. I have a testimony in the priesthood. With the priesthood anything is possible. But recently I have noticed the difference of when I have a priesthood holder (my dad) in my home compared to here at school where I just share an apartment with all girls. The priesthood can heal and comfort. I know that this gospel is true. I know that Jesus Christ is my savior. Amen.
