My Testimony

As I have been preparing for a mission, my testimony of Jesus Christ and the atonement he has made for our sins has grown. It has made my mistakes and short-comings more obvious and painful to me and has given me a greater desire to do good. Even though I may feel inadequate for the blessings he has given me, I know that through his atonement, That I may one day become perfect like him, even if it is some distant day in the eternities. I know that this is possible, that we can overcome our shortcomings and sins, only through the grace of the Lord that he shows unto all who diligently and consistently strive to keep his comandments. I have a testimony that Joeseph Smith was a prophet, and that Thomas Monson is the prophet today. I know that the Book of Mormon is the most significant and true book on the Earth today.
