A Fresh Testimony Gained, An Opportuniy to Build.

I have been a member of this church all my life, but I never truly gained a testimony until about a year and a half ago. Here it is: I know that our Savior loves each and every one of us individually and that He atoned for our sins, so that we can one day return to Him and our Heavenly Father again. I know that the Book of Mormon is true. I know that the prophets in the scriptures and our prophets today are true messengers of God. I know that Thomas S. Monson is our true prophet today and that he leads and guides us in a righteous manner. I have a strong testimony of the power of prayer. I know that it is essential in this life to speak to our Heavenly Father and to grow closer to Him. I know that the power of priesthood is real and it does work miracles every day. I know that the temples all over the world are truly Houses of God. I know that families can be together forever and I cannot wait for the day when my husband and I can build our family. I have a testimony of missionary work and I know that it is part of our mission here on the earth. I know these things to be true, and I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
