My testimony is my most prized possession. I know that God truly is my Heavenly Father. I know that He loves us, because we literally are His children. I know He truly has a plan for us, through which we can be happy and live with Him. I know that happiness and joy can only come through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and obedience to His gospel.
I know that Jesus was and is the Son of the Living God. I know that He suffered and died for my sins, which gives me the power to return to Him, if I will repent. I know that He rose from the grave, and that He lives still. He is my advocate with the Father, and I hope to stand spotless before Him at the last day. I know that through His Atonement, we will all rise from the grave and meet Him, and if we are faithful, through His Atonement we will be pure before Him.
These truths are precious to me. I know these things simply because I know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God. The Lord heard my prayer, and anwered this question, and I know He will give a testimony to all who ask. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
