My Brother

Over the past semester of college I have learned many new things. I've learned about science, history, and even how to communicate better with others. One thing many people don't get to experience while in college is the chance to get closer to God. This is something I had the privilage of experiencing. I have gotten to know of his mercy and his love for me. He love me so much, and wanted me to come live with him again so much, that he suffered and died on a cross for me. One of my favorite hymns, "A Poor Wayfaring Man of Grief", states in verse 6, "He asked if I for him would die. The flesh was weak; my blood ran chill, But my free spirit cried, 'I will!'" I would die for him just as he died for me. I love my brother and my redeemer with all of my heart. I know that through him and only him can i be saved. I am so thankful for his sacrifice and for the many things he has taught me. I can bear witness that he is the savior of the world and my brother. I say this in His beloved name, Jesus Christ. Amen.
