My Savior

I am really not good at expressing myself. I also don't know a whole lot but I do know a few simple truths that have made a huge difference in my life.

First off I KNOW that Jesus Christ is my personal Savior. He died and suffered for me. Why? So that I could be allowed to repent, to become clean of my sins, to be resurrected, return to my father in heaven's presence, and become like God. I am so grateful for this truth. That it IS possible to overcome sin and become like God. I know that Jesus Christ did all of this for me. I know that He loves me...me of all people. I love knowing that my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ love me enough to make a perfect plan which would allow me to become like Them. I love knowing that anything is possible through the atonement. The atonement is real and as we have faith in it and rely on the Savior we CAN become like God. Through the atonement of Christ we are given power. What a reassuring truth. I love my Savior.

I know that He has established His church here on the earth once again and that it is led by prophets. What a wonderful blessing to have in our lives. Prophets just like Noah, Moses, Abraham and many, many more. I love knowing that the heavens are not closed, that God still speaks with man. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day-Saints is the only true church and that it is led by our Savior Jesus Christ. It is His church and I know that it is true.

I love my Savior dearly and I am so grateful for the huge sacrifice that He made for me.

I love Him and I know that He lives. I am eternally grateful for the blessings that He has given me. He is my friend and my advocate and one that I can always look to for comfort and reassurance that everything is going to be okay.
